I was having some concerns about rapid changes in my vision. Dr. Sanchez and Brian spent ample time with me examining my eyes and explaining possible treatment options. We decided on a solution but she made it very clear that if I had any future problems or this solution did not work I should call her so we could try something else. I was very impressed with the time she spent with me and how well she explained things. Brian was very friendly and kind and also explained the exam thoroughly. I had several questions that he was able to answer along the way. I came in for an "emergency" appt and was feeling very anxious, both Brian and Dr. Sanchez relieved my fears and made me feel comfortable.

Everyone was so wonderful from greeting to end of my visit....the assistant to Dr. Sanchez was very friendly and went thru all details about my exam I felt so comfortable and Dr Sanchez was so awesome and took the time to explain thruout my eye exam I would definitely recommend her ....so pleasantly .

The attention and service was excellent! Pleasant atmosphere and the representative took special interest and time with me ordering my glasses. I would recommend this eye center to anyone wanting a great place to connect to.

The overall experience was great. Felt I had a thorough eye exam and Dr. Sanchez went over everything and I did not feel rushed during appointment. Picking out and ordering glasses went well. Staff were very knowledgable. I only had one thing that did not understand why the tech asked it. I went to appointment with my husband as we were both off work and had errands to do that day. The tech felt it necessary to question if I knew the man that was with me in the waiting room and if it was okay for him to be there and to wait for me till appointment was over. Why was such a question asked and is this standard practice at your office to ask when someone goes with one to an appointment. There were several in the waiting room who had someone with them, were they also asked this?. I truly felt singled out, her tone was very accusing that I was there against my will.
